Posterior Pelvic Pain WORSE

Yesterday I was to the point where I don't know what to do. Luckily, I have a doc appt on thursday but I doubt there is anything she can do to help me. Usually, my posterior pelvic pain (for me, pain deep in the butt area) isn't that bad. Well, it is, but I tough it out. Yesterday I was wincing and didn't think I'd be able to make it all the way to my destination. I'm about tempted to just get some crutches! Anyone else experiencing this and know of ANYTHING that could make it better at all? I know a pillow helps but I can't carry that around with me.

Wait, your pain sounds the same as mine I think. It doesn't feel muscular, but rather joint or bone pain, right? And it's so deep in the b___t that you feel like you can't even get to it if you ma__sage it? And it can hit you at any second - even if you're standing there doing nothing? It actually feels sore. If that's what you're experiencing, then it might be your SI joint (sacroiliac joint). I went to a chiropractor for 2 weeks for it but it did nothing. Pillows don't help me much (I sit on one all day when I'm working). Let me know if your doc gives you any advice on Thursday.

Actually its usually morning stiffness/pain and especially when i'm trying to walk. I know its fairly common in pregnancy but I don't know how to deal with it anymore.
