hi everyone. i find on somedays that it's harder to breathe..i don't know if it's because my heart is working harder or what. it's not all the time, it just seems to be when they baby takes a growth spurt. i also get the sinus problems as well with the runny nose and sneezing and the last two days have been awful for that, that's why I'm assuming it hormones and she's growing. Im in my 23rd week...is anyone else getting this sometimes too?

im in my 16th week and ive been sneezing non stop in the morning for the past 6 weeks, i dont know why. at night my nose is always blocked and like you, i sometimes cannot catch my breath, i think its normal, i also feel my heart beating too fast or too strong sometimes, i guess its all normal as it shows the baby is doing well, im still not showing though :(

I am 22 weeks and I feel you completely. I prefer to sit and do nothing. I get out of breath walking to the bathroom. Sometimes I feel like someone is sitting on my chest. I hate not being able to breathe because I start freaking out, which in return, makes it that much more difficult.
