Sleeping

When i sleep at night I try and sleep on my left side, but sometimes in the morning I need to switch sides. Is it bad to flip flop from one side to the other, or can it hurt the baby? Like I kinda roll over but my dh is right there so I have to actually swap sides and skip the roll onto the back and I usually do it pretty fast. I am just afraid that I am dumping the baby on its head or something. Any thoughts?

I hope not! I toss & turn all night practically. Just when I think I'm comfortable either my arm falls asleep or I have to use the bathroom! I think I need my own bed LOL! ;)

No shannon, your baby will be fine. I talked to my doctor about the sleeping situation, because I was concerned that I didnt stay on my left side, and she said not to panic, that tossing and turning is no big deal.

Thanks! I feel better now. My dh told me I am giving the baby whiplash! I think he was kidding with me, but I just wanted to make sure ;)

Why is it that they want you to sleep on your side instead of your back or stomach
