Does anyone still lay on their back while they are sleeping? I have always been a back sleeper and it is so uncomfortable for me to sleep in my side. Do you think if I put a pillow behind half of my back I could sort of lay on my back? Does anyone else have any good positions or ideas for comfort?

Brooke, I'm a total back sleeper as well, and it's so hard for me to get comfortable on my side. I've been losing a lot of sleep b/c I can't sleep on my back like I used to. I have the full body pillow too but it doesn't make a difference. My dr said I could rest & sleep on my back up until 24 weeks and then it will start to get uncomfortable. I'm now 25 weeks and I see what she's talking about.

Hi Brooke, Put a pillow under your knees when you sleep on your back, this will help relieve the pressure on your lower back. I flip and flop all night long...poor hubby!

Try the curved "snoogle" pillowfrom Target. It is amazing and works for b___stfeeding too.

Thanks girls! Dani thanks for telling me you can sleep on your back up until 24 weeks. I'm 22 weeks, so it looks like I'll get a couple more weeks of sleeping on my back. I have tried all of the pillow, but they just don't compete with sleeping on my back.
