I've heard I shouldn't sleep with my arms above my head. Anyone else hear this and know if there is any truth behind it?

In the booklet I received from my doctor it expels myths and this is listed as one something about the umbbilical cord getting wrapped. It says its false and that the best position is the left side to alleviate pressure on major blood vessels however it sites that for many of us this is impossible to stay immobile during sleep and not to worry about it,
