Still Not Too Much Movement

I'll be 22 weeks tomorrow (with my first) & while I have felt definite movement, I still don't fell it too often. Maybe 15-25 kicks per day, depending on the day & how active he is or isn't. Most of the kicks (about 99%) are still very soft). I know the baby is still quite small & he could be facing the wrong way, but is this something that I should be concerned about? Any input is great...thanks!

hi cg first of all congrats! a good sign is that you feel the baby moving. you're right the baby is pretty small right now so the movements will not be as forceful as you'd like them to be. I don't think you should be concerned about the movements - I can say for sure that my baby's movements really started picking up at 23-24 weeks then at 25 weeks the baby slowed down [to the point where i was freaking out b/c the baby wasn't as active as the previous weeks] i've learned that babies have growth spurts and peaks of being active to be being lazy :) I'm 27 weeks and now can feel the baby's movements pretty strong they are not soft at all...but honestly b/c the baby is growing so rapidly a week really makes a difference. i hope this helps....don't worry so long as you are feeling some movement that's a good sign :) good luck

Yeah like iakram said that's what I've heard to. I'm 20 weeks and I was really feeling "it" last weeks but not to much this week. But the dr. said it was quite normal.
