There is no such thing as a stupid question. Please don't be embarra__sed when it comes to questions about your health or the baby's ok? As far as I know, hot peppers are ok to eat as long as you can handle the possible heartburn that may be accompanied by eating them while pregnant. I have had more of a liking for spicy food since being pregnant and so far so good with me! I say go ahead and enjoy for as long as you can handle it!!

Enjoy your hot spicy foods now, cause if you intend to b___stfeed, it's not a good idea to eat like that then. Baby will keep you up..trust me!! GAS!!!

especially cayenne pepper, very good for you... medicinal even. But during preg, likely to cause heartburn.
