I posted this on the pregnancy and exercise board but no one is replying so I thought I'd ask here too. I have been exercising on my elliptical trainer 3 times a week throughout my pregnancy. It's been going great until today. Today I felt so out of breath and exhausted that I quit after 10 minutes and I was going slower than usual. Anyone had this happen to them? Is something wrong? Why would this come on so suddenly? Any advice would be welcome!

I've been doing a lot of walking but the past few days I've been exhausted for some reason. Maybe a drop in blood pressure or something? Sorry I know this doesn't help any...How far along are you?

I am 24 weeks. I was hoping to have more energy for a lot longer than this! Thanks for your reply. It helps to know I'm not the only one. How far along are you?

As baby grows they start to squish a few things. Breathing can become more labored too as they press on the diaphram. I am now 27 weeks and findng that I am tired again, BUT not like I was in the 1st trimester. Plus, I toss and turn alot at night so a fitful sleep I don't get. Don't beat yourself up to hard. Do what you can and get some rest. We'll be pretty busy in a few months!!
