Urinary Tract Infection Maybe

I am 16 weeks pregnant and feel like I have to pee all the time. It doesn't hurt when I go but I do feel a little bit of pressure in my lower stomach. Is this a uti? I had one years ago and I remember it burning when I went to the bathroom but it is not now. Is it differnt when you're pregnant. Should I call my Dr? I saw her last week and everything was fine. I had s_x for the first time with my husband 2 nights ago in about 2 months-could this cause the problem? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Maybe it's just the baby pushing on your bladder-especially if there isn't any pain

I had these same symptoms and my doctor said it's normal just as long as it doesn't hurt or burn when I pee.

I have had a UTI before and it is extremely painful when you pee and you also feel like you have to pee and nothing comes out and it burns really bad. You would know.

DONT WORRY IT SOUNDS NORMAL. I'VE BEEN GOING THROUGH THE SAME THING THROUGHOUT MY PREGNANCY. IM AT 19 WEEKS.I PEE SO MUCH IT'S UNBELIEVABLE. AFTER s_x I ALWAYS HAVE TO PEE. I'VE HAD A COUPLE BLADDER INFECTIONS AND THEY DID COME RIGHT AFTER s_x. IVE BEEN PRONE TO THEM MY WHOLE LIFE AND THE PRESSURE FROM s_x SOMETIMES SEEMS TO IRRITATE MY BLADDER. MY DOCTOR SAID IF I GET ANOTHER ONE ANYTIME SOON SHE'S GOING TO PUT ME ON A DAILY PILL. AS LONG AS YOU CAN PEE WITHOUT BURNING AND YOUR FINE. IF YOU DO FEEL LIKE YOU HAVE TO PEE BAD AND YOU CANT GO THEN THAT IS ALSO A SIGN OF INFECTION. THATS HOW I KNOW I HAVE ONE.

My doctor's office called me the other day saying that I did have a UTI. They discovered it at my regular check upI had no idea. I was peeing a lot but just blamed it on the pregnancy. I would get it checked out.
