Weak Dizzy Tired And Nauseous

Anyone else really weak, dizzy, tired and nauseous in the mornings? I eat breakfast, usually oatmeal or a bowl of rice chex, but I just have a hard time in the mornings.. which is unlike me since I am really a morning person?? Just wondering if there is anyone else feeling like this. About two times this morning sitting here at work (I have a desk job) I felt like I could have fainted. I am 21 weeks.

You described my evenings haha. I'm usually okay in the mornings, evenings are killer, as of a few days ago... First tri was horrible, then the next 4-5 were fine, now I'm feeling c___ppy again.

Isn't that funny how it keeps coming back! Ok.. not funny at all. But man... this has been a very tough week! Gonna have to check with good ole doctor tomorrow.. my guess.. low blood pressure.. but we'll see what she has to say!

Pebbles try eating something with more protein - I know I need lots of protein with every single meal/snack, i.e., not just a banana, but a banana with peanut b___ter or something. It really helps!

I thought I posted this already but I cant find it anywhere so maybe I didnt... haha. ANYWAY - in first tri, I started waking up in the middle of the night, like 4am, and drinking a gla__s of water, or OJ, then going back to bed, and I'd feel much better when I woke up.

Maybe i will have to try something like that. I did get up and do some strengh training stuff.. nothing major but bodies act soo different when pregnant. Maybe start eating a half a granola bar or something... Thanks for all the advise!
