I have been concerned about this. This is my 3rd baby and I never had swelling until the end with my other 2. I am only 13 weeks now and my feet are pretty swollen at the end of the day. Should I be concerned?

I never had any swelling until after my son was born last time. My feet were normal the whole time. Then we had been home for a couple of days and I noticed they were huge!!!!!!!!! They grew a size and 1/2 and never went back down. I am about 19weeks now and haven't had any yet.

I remember this specifically. I had my DS mid September...and I noticably started swelling mid July. Thats when I had to take off my wedding rings and I couldnt wear my shoes anymore. I had to buy a flip flops from Old Navy in a larger size and wore them every day til the end!

I have mild swelling in my feetsd and hands, I'm 25 weeks. I dont eat alot of salt but I also dont drink enough water either! Mild swelling is ok, its when it starts getting severe that you should worry.
