When did you move to maternity clothes? This is my 1st pregnancy and I am on my 10th week. Just curious.

I was about 10 weeks now I'm 21 weeks and I feel huge

I started showing around 13 weeks and not fitting into my regular clothes. I'm 18 weeks now.

I started wearing maternity clothes when I was about 16 weeks. Before that some of my normal trousers would still fit after 16 weeks that suddenly became impossible!

I started wearing some after 13 weeks b/c some of my pants were tight. Most maternity clothes were still big on me though. I was in full maternity clothes at about 16 weeks but had to buy the smaller size maternity clothes. Now at 21 weeks I have to wear some of my bigger maternity clothes.

when i first started wearing them they were a little big so i took them in a little i just let them out about 5days ago

I'm 20 weeks and wearing maternity jeans but the shirts look silly on me, they go out sideways I guess because there's not too much pushing them forward

I started showing right away and at 14 weeks I have two outfits that are not maternity, even strangers ask when I am due and have been since 8 weeks! I think everyone is different, the doctor was thinking I was pregnant with twins because I am so big though so I am a rare case!

Hi - October 10

i am almost 20 weeks now. I bought a pair of maternity pants when i was 16 weeks and used them. However, i just realized that i can still wear my lowrise pants with a rubber band (by the b___ton) and longer shirt. i haven't gained any weight except for on my belly, so they still fit over my thighs and rear.

I started wearing maternity shorts at 11 weeks, but I couldn't wear the shirts without laughing at myself until 15 weeks. Maternity jeans/slacks took longer -- they didn't fit well until around 18 weeks. I am glad I work from home!

move to maternity clothes when you begin to feel uncomfortable in your regular ones, I think I started around 10 weeks. I felt silly at first, but once I realized how much better I felt (comfort wise) in the maternity clothes, I didn't care what anyone else thought. Also in the maternity clothes you look pregnant, in regular clothes you just look fat. It was helpful when I was in that akward in between stage.

I am 24 weeks and still can't fit into some maternity clothes. I have gained a large number of 25 pds, so far and my pre preg weight was 127. I still can't fit into a lot of maternity pants but I can shirts. I think a lot has to do with how you are carrying and where you are carrying the weight. Hope this helps.
