Ready For Baby

How do you know when you are really ready to have a baby? I know it is a leap of faith, and people are never truly ready, but how can I feel a little more comfortable about it. My wife and I have been married for two years. We have a house and both have great jobs. We weren't "trying" to get pregnant but we thought she was last month because her period never came. We went to the doctor and found she wasn't. We both are a little "bummed" about. I guess we got a little excited. Maybe we are ready. My big concern is what to do about things like day care. We both need to work to provide a solid income for the things we need. I want to have a baby, but have a tough time knowing he\she will most likely be in day care 6 hours a day. What do you guys think?

MY 3 YEAR OLD IS IN DAYCARE FROM 8-5:30 5 DAYS A WEEK. AT TIMES I FEEL BAD BUT WHAT CAN YOU REALLY DO? I MEAN YOU NEED TO PROVIDE RIGHT. IT MAKES ME FEEL MORE COMFFORTABLE KNOWING THAT SHE IS IN A GOOD DAYCARE THOUGH... THEY HAVE TAUGH HER SO MUCH. SO DO SOME RESEARCH ON DAYCARES IF YOU ARE WORRIED. TRY RESEARCHING TUTOR TIME THEY ARE VERY GOOD... A LITTLE PRICEY AT $148 A WEEK BUT VERY GOOD

Thanks. Looks like that will be the game plan if we get pregnant soon. We will just need to make sure we find a good day care.

a good daycare is definately a plus, and having a baby is a precious miracle so if your ready you'll have many amazing memories to come... just as long you make sure to make time for your child and your wife
