Smells Preventing Sex

I feel so badly that I am not interested in having s_x with my boyfriend. And it's not the actual s_x, it's the smells and/or tastes. We can't even sleep in the same room any more because of the way he smells to me. Having s_x would be fine if his breath and body smells weren't in the way. My nose has gone WAY haywire and I don't know what else to do about it. I smell everything and it's hard even to be in my house because of food smells, cat box, musty odors etc.. But people's breath is the worst, especially his. I can't kiss him or hug him. Does this go away??? I'm 10 weeks pregnant.

All your symptons are normal. I was the same during my first trimester. I can't sleep facing my dh at night. His breath is enough to make me throw up. Also the thought of having s_x and having to clean up is too much for me. All this went away in the 2nd trimester. I am always thinking about s_x.

I'm the same way...I am about 11 weeks and I completely understand. My hubby has bad breath. I constantly tell him to brush his teeth and wash his face. He works in a meat plant so if he don't shower I just about gag at his presence. But he does good at trying to cover it up. It don't prevent s_x but I know it does make me sleep away from him because of his breath...the thing with that tho is his breath don't even smell its just me.
