Girl, I don't think you can get clomid without prescription here in SA. You will need to get your Doc to give you. Have you tried phoning Dischem and asking them???? The only thing that comes close to clomid, is soy isoflavones. It's the "natural form" of clomid. But please do some research before you take it. There are some threads with info on it. But I hate to just tell someone to take something just because. Here is an article you can read, twoweekwait.com/newsletter/2006-01/ just take out any dashes and add the w w w infront of it... you can get the soy at clicks. There is a lot of conflicting info going around on soy, so please do research it for yourself! I'm taking 200mg for CD2-6. Hope that helps!!! =)

the dash between 2006-01 must be there =)

You are late for AF??? You have tested hey? Please just do your own research first and talk to a doc if possible. Don't just go out and take anything for the sake of it. Take care =)

I'vee seen the site whats left is shopping for one thanks ! 4 sure on the weekend . Now how does it works do I wait for af to resume it ?

=) I'm guessing you're asking about the soy... Most ladies are taking it from CD3-5, others CD3-7, anything from 120mg to 240mg on each of those days. It's up to you with what you feel comfortable with taking. So once AF has started, you can take it on day 3 til 5 or 7. Do you chart/temp at all? fertilityfriend.com is a great help to keep track of your cycles, and to see when you Ovulate. It takes some time getting used to it but once you do, it's so much easier. If you do decide to go the soy route, make sure the box says soy isoflavones on it. each tablet contains 25mg or 16.7mg of isoflavones in it, so if you are taking 120mg then it works out to about 5 pills per day. All depending on how much mg in a pill. I hope this helps a bit. You can also speak to someone at a Health Shop. They will be able to help you a lot. Good luck to you.

Just a thought as well. Have you tried ovulation prediction kits (OPK), you can get them at any chemist as well. They usually come in a 5 pack. You can start testing from CD10 onwards. Use it in the afternoons, and try to limit your fluid intake. You'll see the test line gets darker as you approach O date. Once the test line is as dark or darker than the control, you can then a__sume that you are about to O within the next 24-48 hours. This is then usually confirmed if you are temping by a temp increase. How long have you been ttcing?

Thanks I will also check th OPK. I've also tried temping ( Feb 06-12) but willing to take OPK , surely its accurate. I've ttc'ng for about 4 months after my loss due to preeclampsia anyway hope things turn great To be honest I want twins to replace that one lol : > 0

Anathi - February 28

Actually for temping I used femta dot com and was accurate with my O and at start its world wide web

I'll check it out.... =) Good luck to you. And remember to find out all the facts and ask lots of questions before just taking anything. Wishing you all the best.
