I was wondering if I should start to worry about my baby. I'm 6 weeks pregnant and I don't really have any symptoms other than slight tiredness and a twinge in my breats once in a while. Shouldn't I have more? There's no bleeding or cramping. The morning sickness lasted 4 or 5 days. Should I call the doctor?

you have nothing to worry about. when i was pregnant with my first child i had the best pregnancy ever. no sickness, no tiredness, nothing. i felt her first movement at about 16 weeks ish. i didnt even know i was preggers. i found out after i was 2 weeks late for my AF. if you are having concers you can talk to your doc about renting a fetal heart monitor so you can hear the heart beat anytime you like. congrats as well.
