8dpo Amp Feeling Symptoms Anyone Else Like This Too Early

Hi Ladies, I'm new to this website but have following several posts and have to say it is very comforting to see so many women are in similar situations to mine! My husband & I have just started TTC and my last AF started Dec 3. We TTC on Dec 16, which is when I should have been ovulating. Since then, I have been having AF type cramps, and in the past 2 days have had lower back pain and several bouts of nausea. It is only 8dpo and I think I may just be convincing myself of pregnancy - is it too early to be feeling these symptoms? Is there anyone else either currently experiencing something similar, or gone through this? Good or bad outcomes, please post anything... I am expecting AF on Dec 30, so it is really too early to test right now, but I'm just looking for some sign of hope.... Thanks!

Hi Jennifer. I was wondering the same thing. We are on the exact same cycle. I too am having the same symptoms. Anyone have any answers

Hi Danielle. I sure hope so! I am driving myself nuts with this - I'm just hoping for some kind of similar experiance someone can share. I never get AF type cramps in the middle of my cycle - usually cramps are only on the first day of AF, and I have felt very bloated & ga__sy for the past 2 days... Good to hear you're going thru the same thing - anyone with any stories/advice?

Danielle - December 23

jennifer, have you been dizzy at all or light headed or like a floating feeling after standing for awhile?

Jennifer - December 23

Danielle - not really. I haven't had to stand for long periods though... Are you due for AF on the 30th too? Any other symptoms different from mine? I've been reading alot about sore b___bs - mine aren't too bad - somewhat tender, but I don't konw if this is much different than normal :) I usually don't pay much attention! My biggest symptoms are the cramping, some nausea, gas, and just "feeling" different... I just wonder if its too early for all of this...

jennifer- Yes I am due on the 30th too. I have to pee constantly. I have alot of cramps to the point of making me feel nausea. I wonder if it is too early to feel pre-af cramps. Maybe I am imagining this???

Hi Danielle, the cramping is the biggest thing for me too. It's on & off, but relatively mild. Usually AF cramps are very strong for me. I feel like I could be imagining this as well, I really do want to be pg! Anyone else gone through this??!?!

I am in the same boat as you Jennifer and Danielle. I am sure that I ovulated Dec 16, even though it's early this cycle. My b___sts have been itchy, tingly and sore, but I also have this weird period type feeling around my ovaries, and I don't know if it's too early to tell. I was pregnant in September and lost it, but my first symptom that I really noticed was I was very dizzy and light headed, and caffein made me sick. I never dreamed I could be pregnant after 1 time trying, but I took a test and I was, but I lost it soon after. I never noticed any other symptoms, because I wasn't looking for them, but my b___bs were sore. I don't know what it felt like early on, because I wasn't loking for signs. Now, I am noticing everything, and I hope that I am pregnant, but I don't know if it's too early to tell or not. Let's keep in touch Danielle and Jennifer! Let's all cross our fingers!!

So glad to hear from people in the same boat! My symptom now is like a small pain, or fluttering sensation on my left side, near my ovaries. I wonder how common this is? What other possibilities could it be? Ovulation or period, can that make it feel fluttery? I hope I am not imagining things, I don't want to find out it was something else.

Danielle - December 23

I would think that you would have already ovulated Implantation would be like the 22 or 23 so :) maybe that is what it is

KN - thanks for your answer! It's good to know we're all in this together... I know exactly what you mean about over-a___lyzing everything. My b___sts are about the same - itchy & tingly, but I haven't noticed any new veins. The cramping is just really strange... I have never had any symptoms like this before. Jolene - I am also very moody, my DH has no idea why I keep snapping at him! Lets all keep our fingers crossed together!! Do any of you plan to test soon? I think I will wait till early next week, I just don't want to go through several negatives...

See, my period started Dec 11, but I am positive that on the 16 i was ovulating. It seems really soon though, because I always start my period around the 10-11 of every month since I am off the pill. So, if I were not ovulating, I need to explain all the discharge and symptoms! Anyways, if I did ovulate on the 16, and I am not supposed to start until Jan 11, i have no idea when to test. Maybe this month, because I ovulated early, I might be due to start my period before the 11th of jan. Is it possible to ovulate so soon after your period starts? Shouldn't I only be ovulating around now? Please help!

Jennifer - December 23

KN - Was there some reason you think you were ovulating so early? I'm no expert on cycles, and have actually just started looking into thsi myself as I had no idea when I ovulated. Now things like increased cm make alot more sense! If you did ovulate on the 16th then a test next week might make sense... Hopefully we'll have something extra to celebrate on new years! Here's hoping..... :-)

Jennifer, the only reason I thought I was ovulating early, is because I had the right symptoms, so I thought. I had slight pains, then I had discharge, then it stopped, like normal ovulation, except it seems really soon after my period. I wonder how early after your period you can ovulate, or what else it could be? I'm baffled... but I feel like I am having early preg symptoms.... we'll see. I have not bee really regular since I am off the pill in June.
