To Do Or Not To Do While Pregnant

Hi, I'm about 8 weeks pregnant and was wondering how much weight I am able to lift and push. I dont want to lift too much and strain or something and have a m/c, but people say im trying to milk this pregnancy which I am not. It took me 8 months to get this way and I'm not trying to loose it!

Normal everyday lifting like a baby or toddler or laudry basket or something like that shouldn't hurt. I wouldn't be lifting any heavy bags of dog food or anything. The main thing is to just realx and don't tlift anythign you have to strain to lift. Also pick things up useing your legs and not your back. Good luck to you! aNd who cares if people think you are milking your preg. Its yours to milk! Happy 9 months! or I guess the 7 that are left!

Shirece, Milk away girl!! you are not supposed to lift or pull anything too heavy, if you question whether or not something is too heavy, than it is! Just use your own judgement and if someone complains that your are "milking it" smile and walk away, because they are just being unsupportive. Do whatever you have to do in order to protect yourself and baby. Good luck to you!
