A Change In Cycle

I asked this in the infertility board but didn't get a responce. I am hoping someone here could help me..... - I used to have a "normal" period (every 28 days and last for 5-7 days). In the past 4 months it has changed to every 25-26 days and only lasts 3 days. I am 28 yrs old, is this change normal? Would I now be ovulating around day 13?

Going from a clock running at one speed to a clock running at another is curious, to say the least. They say that diet, exercise, and glandular problems affect cycle length. I suppose that the pa__sing years might, too. It would probably be pretty expensive to find out exactly what is happening. Ovulation is more accurately described as 14 days before the next period, but there is even some kick and slide in that number. The best bet is to watch cervical mucus and cervical position as an indication, and I know you have researched that already. BBT will give pretty good proof that you are still ovulating. The ovulation test kits at the drug store are an even more expensive option. Good luck!
