I dont know who has read my issue I posted before so ill briefly explain again. My period started on Thurs. but was much lighter than normal (too light to be a normal period but too heavy to call it spotting). My cramps were also much lighter than normal but were replaced by strong, one-sided pain. The bleeding and pain lasted two days off and on and then the third and fourth day I had spotting (when I say spotting I mean a couple drops here and there, very very light, pinkish in color). After that the bleeding stopped completely, but I am still experiencing some dull one sided pain. I have taken pregnancy tests, so far they have come up negative, but have been told that it might be a little too early to show. I was pregnant once before. In my last pregnancy, it also took a while for me to show positive. I also experienced the one sided pain as a symptom (it was not a tubal pregnancy), which actually was what made me go to the doctor that time (before I went to the doctor I was testing negative with home tests). It is clear that it is not cramps because it is still happening after the bleeding stopped. In addition to that I have had nausea (2-3 times since Thurs.), fatigue, headaches (started late last night), light headedness (3-4 times since Thurs.), and some very dull back pain (started yesterday). All of which I understand could be caused by something else). What mostly concerns me, or has me wondering is the one sided pain. What do you think?? I'm a little worried so any advice and opinions would be really helpful right now. Thanks.

out of curiousity, what side is this pain on? and what is the location of the pain, severity?

It is mainly on the right side...sometimes I feel it on the left but not as much. It is in the lower the ab area. It sort feels like it is coming from the ovaries...lol. It was originaly very severe on thurs. (I had to go home from work). The next day I felt it but it wasnt as severe (sort of as if I had taken medicine...but i didnt). Now its dull pain...more like irritation.

If your doc will let you...I suggest an ultrasound...that rules out (or for) pregnancy, appendix, and issues w/ ovaries...all of which can have some of the same "pain" and crampish feelings...
