Am I To Old To Get Pregnant At 46

i had my last baby at 42 and one before at 40 now i am 46 and i am trying one last time am i to old to get pregnant or are my chances higher having two in my 40s previously any advise would be a great help .

Good luck! One link says that women over 45 have only 1% chance using their own eggs, which by this time are often defective. Of the pregnancies that do occur, one in twelve has abnormalities. You might talk to your doctor and younger girlfriend about IVF. Good luck!

I would definitely talk to your doctor about the risks of having a baby at your age. But it isn't impossible. Just to make you feel better...a woman I know just found out she is pregnant...and she is 48! Her oldest child will be 29 and her youngest is 10. So don't give up hope. It can happen...just the risks of defects/abnormalities increase with age.
