Ok, my cyles are a little crazy as I just got off the pill, but on Feb 16th, I was having this mild pains on my right side. I'm thinking they were ovulation pains, well today is the 2nd and still no sign whatsoever of af! Is it too soon to test?? I don't really know when to expect my af, but I was guessing it would be around this time since the pains were about 15 days ago. I usually have symptoms of af too days before and this time nothing. I'm new at this whole ttc thing so any help I would greatly appreciate!!!!

Hey Newbie If you did ovulate on the 16th then today would be about right for af. However, coming off the pill can mess up your cycles a bit and make them irregular for a few months (not always the case though). If you were preggos then you could try to test today (seeing as af should be due) but you would have to use a very sensitive test. If still no af in, say, 5 days to a week, then do another test. Hope this helps - and all the best with ttc!

Hi. I have recently gone off the pill, too. It is very confusing, isn't it? Are you a few days late for AF (I know, like me, you may be unsure of when to expect her)?? I've had cramping for more than a week, but I think it is getting worse, If I am back to by pre-pill 28 day cycle, Af should come on the 8th or 9th. It sounds good for you so far! Good luck.
