Good Morning ladies

Jessica - November 7

Good Morning ladies....Ok so I'm officially out of the running...af showed her ugly face yesterday, I guess all the stress that was going on had her delayed for whatever the reason being. I'm upset but relieved that she finally showed and now know that something isnt wrong with me. I've lost so much weight since that incident that occurred with dh. I fit into pants that I havent fit into for the past 4 yrs. Scary! Well Newsflash ---- I had a heart to heart with dh on Saturday, we havent had one of those in a long time. Dh didnt loose any fingers at all despite what the nurses @ the hospital had told me. They are reconstructing his hand as best as they possibly can. Today he has surgery to take a skingraph/musclegraph/bonegraph from his leg and put it into his hand to try and save as much as possible. So right now he said he has feeling in his middle finger but nothing yet on his ring finger which is why they're doing so much surgery. Indie - DH knows that I know about the girl, we also spoke about that. He I guess tried to explain himself and there really isnt much of an excuse but I told him that we'd speak more about it when the time is right. He said that all this time away from the outside world made him appreciate things in life and how no matter what the one that's always there for him when he needs something is me. He's definitely going to have to do some time but its not know how much or anything but I told him not to worry that I'll be here for him as long as he promises to be true to me because if he isnt then I'll be on the next bus out of town and I'll leave him to rot. Dh gets 1 phonecall a day for 5 minutes so I should be hearing from him later on today just to find out how his surgery went. Terri - Welcome back, glad that somebody gave you the heads up on an alternative way to get on. Ashley - your story had me in tears I was laughing so hard. Thanks for the laugh so early in the morning...So ladies, I'll still keep you company and enjoy your chats but I'm not going to be in the ttc party until after dh gets released which can be anywhere from 45 days - a few months depending on how everything pans out. Indie - Wow that was really a Jerry Springer episode between your friends. Dh is willing to move and start over fresh and even renew our vows so let's see what happens when this is all said and done. Sorry for the book...Ok so now who's testing this week, Maddie and who else? I'm so excited, cant wait for the tww'rs to get their bfps....Em - How are you feeling? Did you and dh decide what you're going to do about telling the family that you're pg.

Cris - November 7

Good morning ladies! Welcome back Terri! Indie--congrats on the news with your friend--I am a twin as well--identical twins actually--I would love to have twins, it's so much fun! Jessica--so sorry to hear af showed up--I hate her!! Right now I am on day 11 of my cycle--so should be ovulating soon.

Cris - November 7

Where is everyone this morning?...

Jessica - November 7

Cris it looks like just the 2 of us so far. I have to leave in a few. DD left her lunch in the car and I have to bring it to her. Everybody must be catching up on the weekend thread before they respond here.

Em - November 7

Oh yes, catching up has taken me awhile....hee, hee. Okay dbefore I forget, the urkey was oh so good and oh so filling, but I haven't exactly had my fill. Now I can't wait for Thanksgiving. I love turkey and dressing. At Thanksgiving, my dad makes homemade noodles....yum! Anyway, Ashley, I had cramps 10-14 dpo but they weren't like o cramps. They were more like af cramps. Not in one side or the other. I also had cramps the first few weeks after af was due. They have kindof subsided. I had a general heavy feeling in my abdoman and my bbs. I also had heartburn and the start of acid reflux. Not bad unless I ate something spicy. Yesterday, I kept burping my turkey dinner, but it was worth it. Jessica, sorry af showed her ugly face, but I guess at least you know. Maybe in a few months you will back in it. Glad dh is doing okay. Is the police thing still an issue or are they out of the pic and he's just in the hospital? Glad he hasn't lost any didgits yet. Hope he doesn't and everythign goes well... Indie, I was wondering how the donor thing worked. I can't imagine bringing up the subject to him. Hi, my name is, and I was wondering if I could have some of your sperm? Sorry, I don't mean to be insensitive, but it strikes me as comical. I wish you the best. I think you will be a great mommy. I can completey understand the wanting to experience pregnancy thing. I love being pregnant,. even now when I am having morning sickness. I think I am paying for not being sick with Mary....But I guess I know everything is okay as long as I am still sick....Prasie the Lord I am not throwing up. I just feel awful. Anyway, I can't wait for everyone to start testing. ?Who is up first? Maddie? Chris you sound like the last one. You will be pooping over symptoms while everyone else is getting thier bfp....and then you can join us.....

Jessica - November 7

Hey Em - Glad those pg symptoms are still strong. As for dh, the police are still an issue but its only for a matter of time, hopefully short. He called and gave me the information to his atty so I called them and left a message. They're still investigating everything that's going on. I called my mom today and asked her how much she loved her children, she said she doesnt love them at all. Well there goes asking her for money to take dh's car out of the inpound. She never cared for dh to begin with so involving her in my issues just makes her i told you so's stronger. Then she said she's on vacation the week of Thanksgiving & then she says oh let me not tell you because then you're going to want to use me as a babysitter...Whatever!!!! So she sort of p__sed me off early in the morning. I could never go to her during hard times anyway so I dont know what would make me think that I could do it now.

Justine - November 7

Good morning everyone. Jessica - i think you're amazing the way that your dealing with everything, particularly as it seems your getting little support from your families and having to cope with most of this yourself. i'm sorry af showed up, the witch certainly does like to play games with us. anyway i'm glad you and dh have been able to talk and hopefully now you can begin to rebuild things. cris - lots of baby dust to you as you're approaching ovulation and happy bd too. enjoy this fun part of your cycle as in a few days you'll be in this long 2ww with the rest of us. em - sorry you're feeling nauseous but like jessica says it's good news that you have these strong pg symptoms. as for me, i'm at 5 dpo today. i'm still very symptomless although i have noticed that i am a little more tired than usual. today is my first acupuncture treatment so i'll let you all know how i get on later. hope everyone else is well.

maddie - November 7

jessica sorry about af, and im glad that you and dh are trying to work things out, this might have been a wake up call for him, i respect you for sticking to your wedding vows and doing everything in your power to make it work before throwing in the towel....em - how many dpo were you when you got your BFP? i took a test this morning and if i had to give a definate neg or pos answer i would say it was neg, i hope it is just to early and that this is in fact the month for me, as far as symptoms i really do not have many, ever since i had the stomache bug last week i still feel a little sick to my stomache off and on, my b___bs feel full and i have had a few sharp pains in them every now and then, but no tingling in the nipple area......but these are also the same signs i get with af.......the only thing different this month is i have had heavier whitish discharge...is this a sign? oh well....im going to try and not obsess and wait to test again on wednesday.....heres wishing everyone a bfp soon

Em - November 7

Maddie, I was 13 dpo when I got a bfp. I got what I thought was a bfn at 11 dpo. When I looked at it later, I saw the faintest of pink lines. I am not sure if it was there before the ten minute time as I didn't look that close. It was def pos at 13 days. Then I tested for fun at 25 dpo cause I still had a test and the test line was like three times darker than the control line. It showed up as soon as teh urine hit it. The control line took like 10 seconds after the urine hit it to show up. I guess I really was preg huh? Well Jessica, good luck to you and I will continue to keep you in my prayers......Justine let us know how your appointment goes. Is your re appointment tomorrow?

Indie - November 7

Hi all! Jessica...good to hear from you. I'm glad you were able to talk to dh. Also glad he knows and glad you told him you would def talk about that. He shouldn't just get off the hook for that sh**. For better or worse goes both ways and there is no excuse for cheating. NONE! He made a mistake and he better be willing to admit that and be extremely apologetic or you should take your DD and go and wait for him to come get you back. Anyway, that's just my little rant for the day. I'm sorry af came, but I guess it's good to know for sure what's going on, and it's probably a good thing you aren't pg because it'd be hard to have to go through the 1st trimester all alone. Cris, that is cool that you are an identical twin. I dated a guy once who was...but it was wierd, he and his brother weren't close at all. Maddie, I have been having thick white CM too. At first I thought "oh no, yeast infection", but it doesn't seem to be...it's just white and thick. I usually don't have cm this time of my cycle, and it was a lot, so I thought that a bit odd. I had that brown cm at 2-3 dpo and heartburn for 3 days, but that's all gone now and I feel pretty normal. Just don't feel pg, but since I'm just 7 dpo I am not stressing that. Anyway, I'm off to see my dr about my sinuses. Have a great day ladies!

amyn - November 7

morning ladies - well I'm 6-7 dpo and I'm not trying to notice any "symptoms" this time, but my b___bs do not hurt yet and they usually start hurting a week before AF shows so that is odd, I'm expecting them to start hurting any day now.. You all were busy this weekend, I tried to read it all but just couldn't.. Ashley you bathroom story was hilarious, poor thing having to climb out a window b___t [email protected]@ naked in 30 degree weather, more power to you.. well I'm ready for a nap and I just go here (work), blah..

Em - November 7

Yes, Ashley I thought the bathroom story was funny too. It has been like 70 here in IL. It is back to around 50 though. More "normal" the weather here is never "normal" Anyway, Maddie and Indie, not ot get your hopes up, but I started having thicker cm instead of drying up after o. I always had that when I was preg. Maddie do you remember ever having that before when you were preg? I am still feeling a bit ill, but it is a little better....One week until my appointment. I am so nervous and excited. Oh before I forget, Ashley, I think you asked about my degree. I have a BA of Science in Business Management. I know it was a while ago you asked. I forgot until you started talking about school again. I still have weird dreams that I am still in school. They all involve forgeting my schedule or not being able to find my cla__ses. Which I find wierd cause I never had that problem. I do have one dream from when I was in grade school. It is reoccuring about the stairs and having to jump from one flight to the next and afraid of falling. My aunt used to teach there. She says she sometimes gets the same dreams....weired huh?

Cris - November 7

Thank you Justine and Em--I will be looking forward to 2ww and hoping all of us have a bfp this month! Justine---Good Luck with acupuncture treatment today--let us know how it goes. Indie--ya we are identical--people say we still look identically alike--but our family doesn't see it anymore--we can't even tell in baby pic's whose who! No, we are very very close--have been best friends forever--when i announced i was preg. in mar. she bawled like mad!! lol! Also when i had m/c--it was like it was happening to her as well (we have that once and awhile--my sis will hurt--and i will hurt too--weird twin things), Now that she is preg.--she was off b/c for 2 mths. and got preg. 1 month after i did--weird too i know, but she still wishes if only one of us could be preg. she wishes it was me--of course i tell her--no way this is what was supposed to happen--you finally get to experience something for once before me! (i always experienced everything before her--cut hair first, ears pierced first, married first--this was how it was supposed to be! I love her, she's amazing--We are both just very thankful that are husbands get along--because we are never not together!! lol! I guess it can go both ways for twins though--individuality twins usually strive for and then they don't even hang out anymore--that sucks--we did have that as a young teenager, but it went away after a year or so. It's amazing having a twin--just knowing what each other feel at the same time they feel it and to be so close to someone--share all clothing!! not anymore but since she is preg. I get all her other clothes right now it's great!! Anyways, I just found out my cousin just had her baby boy--she found out what it was going to be--Aiden is his name and healthy--so awesome news for her!

Terri - November 7

Good morning everyone. Jessica-sorry af came, but I am glad you know what is going on now. Best of luck to you and your dh, I'm glad you both got to talk. Well, Em, I can't wait until Turkey Day now...you have me thinking of the yummy dinner..lol. Indie and Maddie, cm sounds promising? I don't have any at all. Amyn, I'm trying not to think of symptoms yet too, it is just so darn hard..I had heartburn this morning and I have'nt even ate yet! Justine, good luck with your accupuntcure, let us know how it goes. I just had a weird thought...ok, this is a long story, but I will try to make it short. When I was 20 something I used to work for our local OB/GYN. I worked there for years and he is a great doctor. Then years later, I went to work at a dental office that is 1/2 hour away, so when I was pregnant with dd's I went to OB/GYN close to where I worked. Well, after my 2 dd was born she came down with GroupB Strep and was hospitalized. It was terrible, but thankfully she made it through. Well, come to find out my OB didn't do the Group B strep culture on me and I carried it and DD got it during birth. She had spinal taps and was on 3 kinds of antibiotics for a week in the hsopital. Well, I will never go back to that OB..so...I will be seeing the doctor that I worked for in my twenties. I hope it is not weird..oh well, I'm not going to worry about that until I have to..lol. Well, off to clean up this messy house. We really destroy it over the weekend..lol Have a great day everyone!

Em - November 7

Terri, my cousin got the Group B strep. She is in college now, but had a lot of problems at birth. I know my ob checked for it. About it being weird to go to the doc youused to work for...I have a story for you. My dh's, step mother's, mom had her babies delivered by the doc she worked for at the time. (Alice would be my dh's step grandmother or something) Well she has four girls. The doc and his wife moved away to Oregon. So Alice went to sork for someone else after she had all her kids. Alice's Husband died and the doc's wife died. So Alice married the doc and they moved to Oregon. She kept her house here so they could come visit. One of her kids never married so she still lives at home and keps an eye on the house. THe funny thing is Alice's first married last name was Lee and the first name of teh doc she married is Leeland (Lee for short) So how many people did I confuse?
