Can you still be pregnant if your BBT cover line has droped back to temp before ovulation? from what I have read if you chart your tempreture throughout your cycle you can find out if you are preg or not a few days after OV, if this is tru haw come dont all TTCers do this to avoid the long, hard 2 week wait??

I have been charting for about 5 months now and this is the first month i have seen my temps drop below the coverline. Temps should stay above the coverline until af shows, after doing some research the last couple of days i found out that you can have a drop due to a second surge of estrogen and this is usually accompanied by cm. If your temps drop below the coverline and remain low it could indicate a problem with progesterone and a luteal phase problem. Unfortunately you have to have 18 high temps after ovulation to indicate pregnancy and if you are pregnant then they should stay above the coverline. Luckily mine jumped back up today after 2 days of below the coverline and i'm back in the 2ww!

I have been having early symptons and am C28. I usually have 30 day cycles but last month was only 27 days. My BBT dropped below the coverline on C27 but then right back up today. Does this rule out BFP? I can't take the 2ww.
