Can I Ovulate This Month With One Tube

My fiance and I are looking forward to getting pregnant. I havn't gotten any OPK testers yet or anything. My question is.... I only have one tube on the left side. My right one was removed do to a ectopic pregnancy in June this year. The Dr. said my left tube looked great though. Last month I think I ovulated from my left tube, thought I might be pregnant because af was 3 days late, anyway it came and now I'm thinking about this cycle. I should ovulate around the 29th, but is there even a chance of pregnancy? Can I only get pregnant every other month? Any thoughts would be great. I like this site the best, everyone is very supportive.

I've heard that it doesn't matter if you have one or two tubes; the chances are still the same. Sometimes you can ovulate from one ovary several times in a row. Who knows, though, I'm certainly not a doctor. ;) I wouldn't use that as an excuse to get upset, though. GOOD LUCK

I read on the net a few women that only have one ovary and tube and their body compensates for the other one and still ovulates every month - so you never know!
