I need some advice. I havn't had an af since october 27th, I thought i was pg but the test came back negative and in november at 33 days i had spotting for about a week but nothing that even came close to a period. I went of bc in september because we are to get pg. I was put on bc because i was showing sings of infertilty that same sings that my mom had. She never ovulated so she was put on chlomid ( I think that is how you spell it). She thinks that i might be in the same situation, so if i don't get my af on wensday when it is due should i bring my conserns up with my doc, or wait to see what happens?

They say not to count on your period being predictable for the first 3 months after coming off the pill. You might give it another couple of months before seeing a doc. In the meantime, buy a BBT thermometer off the birth control counter at the drug store and follow the instructions to see if you are getting an ovulation spike. Don't use the spike to time intercourse for pregnancy - it comes a day too late. Watch your cervical mucus to see if it is indicating ovulation.
