Is it possible to still be pregnant and get your period? I think I might be pregnant but I just got my period today. Only problem is it is VERY different from my regular period. It is a very light flow from my regular one and it did come a bit early from my regular due date. Can I still take a test to see if I am pregnant and get the right answer even though I am bleeding?

Well, it is not possible to have a true period if you are pregnant, but it is possibl to bleed. Spotting is not a flow - it means just what it sounds like, you spot when you wipe and maybe a couple drops on you panties, but not like a flowing period. If it is flowing out of you, it is probably a period, even if it is light. If it was more like spotting, it could have been implantation bleeding which happens between ovulation and you period due date. Usualy about 7 to 10 days after ovulation. It is when the fertilized egg implants itself. Only some women experience implantation spotting though. It is more likely a light period. If you are very uncertain, take a home pregnancy test, they are pretty accurate if you test at or after your original period due date. Good luck to you.
