what position should the cervix be in after ovulation, i am about 5dpo and after checking mine it seems quite high and soft, is this normal?

Queen B did a wonderful post on the same question yesterday. If your cervix is remaining soft and high instead of descending and hardening, I think you could derive some encouragement, but it is not a sure sign.
