Cervix What Was Yours Like

My wife has been checking her CP everyday. It has remained high this cycle. She is 6 days out from AF showing and it normally gets lower about this time. It does feel a little bit firmer. Question: So, and I know every woman is different, will the cervix get firmer but remain high in a pregnancy?

During ovulation, my cervix was high and soft. After ovulation it was low and firm. About the time my period should have started, it was high and firm again. Hope this helps.

But was it like this during pregnancy?

the best response to checking cervical positioning is it is ONLY a guide to help you determine when you ovulate so you can increase your chances of "getting" pregnant. cervical positioning varies from women to women and varies throughout the day and varies with the "fullness" of your bladder and bowel. I have looked high and low to find something on CP in early pregnancy and there is nothing that can confirm it just by CP alone. Your cervix doesn't know its pregnant till well into your pregnancy when it gets soft rises and remains closed for the rest of the pregnancy. Hope this helps.
