how do you check where your uterus is? how can you tell if its moved up?

Are you talking about cervical position? This is useful for determining ovulation, but not pregnancy. Check with a finger or two in the same position each time (squat in shower or one leg up on bathtub). Most of the time you can feel the cervix like the tip of your nose. At ovulation it goes soft like your lips and is more difficult to find (higher). When you do find it, the os (opening) can be felt, and it is wet. (SHOW = Soft, High, Open, Wet)
