I think that I may be pregnant. My period is now two weeks late, but the HPT's I've taken still say negative. I have had some symptoms, such as my br___ts are larger and headaches, some nausea etc. But a few days ago I started have this constant cramp on my lower right side. I've also been light headed and every time I stand up everything goes dark for a minute. I guess my questions are 1. could I really be pregnant and 2. Could this mean that it is a tubal pregnancy? Any advise or help would be great.

Yes, and maybe yes. Your signs are pretty good for pregnancy, but slow-to-rise hCG is someimtes diagnostic of tubal and you have what may be a pain developing in the tube. This usually becomes noticeable about week 7 and a serious problem by week 10. You should go to a clinic or a doc and lay out your concerns. Good luck!
