Could I Be Pregnant After Negative Pregnancy Test

Hello all, I have a question that desperately needs answering as it's starting to freak me out. I'm 39, been trying to concieve, was having IVF, but had last month off. My cycle is a regular 28-29 day, with maybe 1 day being late on the rare occasion. I was due for my period on 9 or 10 January,.........but to date no sign of my period yet!!! I've never been this late to my memory. from 10 - 16 January I've had wierd cramping feelings in my pelvic area, around both ovaries and lower in the uterus, as well as occasional lower back ache and sometimes shooting pain in perineal area (like when I'm on progesterone with IVF). These have slightly eased up today, but still have lower back achy feeling (on and off). I did a HPT on the 14th - negative, so did another one the next day as I first woke up - negative. So went to GP and did blood test on the 15th - negative. But still no period!!! I've never been this late ever............could I still be pregnant???????

Between the negative tests, your age and your history of ttc, the chance of this being pregnancy is pretty slim. Could you be experiencing a rebound effect from not having progesterone this month? Test again next weekend just to be sure. GL!
