Could I Have Ovulated Twice

here's the whole story: lmp on 9/22; did the do on 9/30 - 10/3. Should have ovulated on 10/4. Since 10/12 I have been tired, sore br___ts, EXTREME back pain. Started vomiting on 10/16. AF should have started on 10/20. Got a negative test result on the 21st. AF showed on 10/23 and only for the day (light flow). I am STILL having all the symptoms though - nausea, sore br___ts, vomiting, and this back ache that just won't quit! But still a BFN. I've heard of women having a 'cycle' and then finding out that they are pregnant months later. I know for a fact that I sometimes ovulate twice a month (I've lost twins twice) so I'm wondering if it's possible for one egg to get fertilized and the other come out in regular menses. PLEASE - ANY WORDS WILL HELP! I AM GOING CRAZY!!

I know it is possible to ovulate more than once in a month, but I don't know about it coming out in regular menses. From what I know, I don't think that is what happened, because if one egg was fertilized and implanted, then you shouldn't have had a menses. The second egg that was not fertilized should have just disintegrated. If anything, I think your one day of light AF may have been implantation bleeding, or just an irregular period. Hope this helps!

When more than one egg is released, it happens within 24 hours of each other.
