Could The Flu Affect The Ovulation

From my BBT chart, I think I would normally ovulate on day 14-18. This cycle is a bit strange as I only see a temperature dropped on day 25, then started to rise to 98. Then it stayed on 98 constantly for 4 days. The BBT looks wierd. I caught flu around day7-10.Is it possible that the flu affect and thus delay the ovulation ?

MW- Yes, stress to the body, whether it's life-related stress or an illness, can cause your cycle to change.
