Last month I was a week late, so I started my AF on the 28th instead of the 21st. Usually I expect AF every 30 days. Would that mean I should get my next AF on the 28th? Today I started light bleeding on the 25th, which would only be 27 days from the last AF start. Do you think AF is early or my body is trying to get back on my normal cycle. I am hoping it is just spotting, but I don't know yet.
