Early Ovulation

So my period came on the 29th of January and was over by 4th, this isn't weird. What was weird was that my br___ts started to hurt and I started to feel as if I was ovulating on my 9th day of my cycle. My cycle seemed to be normal this month. This is very unusual for me, I usually don't ovulate until around the 13th or 14th day. My br___ts dont start to hurt until atleast the 14th day. Can someone shed some light on this subject for me?

Every cycle is different and every cycle new things can occur even if they have never occured before. Some women will have a period for 15 yrs with no b___st pain and then BAM one cycle their b___bies just start to hurt. Also your cramping could have been left over uterine contractions from your period. Very unlikely ovulation. How do you know you ovulate around the 13th or 14th day? Do you temp? The reason I ask is b/c ovulation cramps can occur up to a week before and up to a week after ovulation which makes it very inconclusive sign of ovulation. OPKs can predict ovulation but don't confirm it and you can get several + opks. CM is a good sign of impending ovulation but also is not a conclusive sign. The only way to know exactly when your normally ovulate is to do your basal body temperature. Just remember that at any given moment your body can turn on you. Whether its during your period, during ovulation or during your luteal phase (the time between ovulation and your next period) your body can do things that can immitate pregnancy, immitate AF, imitate AF and everything can always turn out completely opposite. Symptoms, sensations, feelings you have never felt before and suddenly come on and the same things you have ALWAYS felt and always expected can suddenly disappear. :) Hope this helps.
