Endo Amp Pregnant

I have endometreosis and have been trying to get pregnant. I have been experiencing lower back pain on my right side that is dull and throbbing. I think that this may be pressing on a nerve. Any advice on if this is serious? I have had this before and it usually goes away in a few days. I was wondering if I am preganant, would this cause this to hurt, or could it be an ectopice pregnancy. Help!

Most common lower back pain I think is caused by something pressing the sciatica nerve...It does not sound like an ectopic pregnancy..though I have never had one I do know a few individuals that have...usually found with severe pain in the lower abdomen..Lots of pregnant woman get this problem during pregnancy due to the weight gain...I would not worry about it too much...But if you continue to be concerned talk to your doc about it...they know best..
