Endometriosis Or Pregnancy Symptoms

I am 26 years old and have been diagnosed with endometriosis. My husband and I recently decided to go off of birth control and "not try to, but not avoid" pregnancy. I am due to start my period one exactly one week from today. We have been having unprotected s_x for almost a month now, and as of the past week I've been really super tired and urinating more than usual. A couple of days ago I experienced some cramping in my abdomen (I usually don't get period cramps until a day or 2 before I start bleeding) and for about 3 or 4 days now, my nipples are REALLY sensitive and my br___ts are achy. I'm also REALLY hungry when I wake up in the morning. I've experienced a little bit of nausea as well. Having endometriosis, nausea, fatigue, and cramping are just something that I usually deal with around that time of the month, though usually not this early. I'm just really confused as to wheather these symptoms might mean that I'm pregnant or are they just the endometriosis acting up a lil' early because I just quit birth control and my body's a lil' confused? Mind you I've been on birth control for a very long time (since middle school) due to ovarian cysts. I'm just wondering if anyone has expirienced anything like this? Thank you for your input!
