All of a sudden i have extra saliva in my mouth and my mouth is ALWAYS dry. Could that be a possible sign aside from other symptoms? Is it also normal to not
have morning sickness if I may only be 3 weeks pregnant? I know everyone gets different symptoms?

More saliva and runny nose and unusual discharge are all signs as the mucus membranes change function. The morning sickness may not show for weeks, even though your appet_te may change along with food likes and dislikes and maybe smell changes. Good luck!
