FOR ALL WHO CHECK THEIR CP

Ok, so I checked my CP earlier and I believe it was Low & Firm….not sure if it was open or closed. I usually don’t check because I swear when I did in the past I had no idea what I was checking LOL!! Anyhow, after doing so I started feeling more cramps (like AF si coming) and now I am wondering if I did something wrong. I was very gentle and I have very short nails so I don’t know what that’s about. Is it normal to feel his after checking?? Thanks Ladies!

I have the same thing after gyno appointments. I don't think you did anything wrong, I just think it can get a little crampy in there once someone has gone in to check it out. It would be just like a women's parts to get fussy like a women when someone tries to check up on it. lol.

oh yeah...take it from someone who's had cervical surgery and more biopsy's than i'd like to think about....fiddling with the cervix can cause cramps. honestly i think going by mucas and temps are more reliable than position anyway because your cervical position can change very quickly.

Thanks ladies!! I will stay away from the cervix from now on :-) and I do feel a lot better today. Thanks!

Yeah that's a good idea, I checked CP for months and I don't think it has any real pattern so i decided to stop checking it. But i did get cramps sometimes after checking, i get those after a gyno appt too and even sometimes after BDing, so i think it's perfectly normal!
