Grampa Viv Can I Ask You A Question

I'm 2dpo today and early this morning (I was half asleep) I got up to pee. When I looked in the toilet it seems I was spotting/bleeding brownish/red fluid. Enough to change the color of the toilet water. Except for that time I haven't had anything like that yesterday or today. Is this considered "normal"? (first time it's happened to me). I'm taking vitex (been on it for 10 days) but I was on it a few months ago and never had this. Could this be the spotting I've read about that can occur following ovulation? I intend to contact my doctor on Monday but thought I'd get your opinion in the meantime. Thank you!!

The rupture of the follicle at ovulation can cause a little spotting. Perhaps you are just paying more attention to what is going on. Implantation spotting, if it occurs, would be at least 5 dpo or more. I'm not sure what the doctor would be able to tell you other than to wait a while and see what else happens. Good luck!

Thank you for responding! I knew it wasn't implantation spotting (way too early). Guess I'll wait and see.
