Hi Ladies, I have major eating problems now that I have to watch what I eat... Can't find anything for my breakfast... Usually I ate sweets (like creamcheese cake) or other cakes and a lot of strong coffee, now I cut most of sweets out (doesn't taste good anymore), but still struggle to find breakfast. Eggs go well, but if I eat them everyday I'll get sick of them in 4 days. Made an oatmeal today and managed to eat only 1/4 of 1 serving before gagging reflex was uncontrollable. Please help! I am use to eating breakfasts and when I can't do it, entire day is not right!

Hello!! You need to go to the store and just stock up, buy a couple boxes of healthy cereals that are high in fiber, maybe some frozen whole wheat waffles that would be fast and easy, bagels, english muffins, just always try to go whole grain or wheat!! There are lots of options, but yes I know changing our old habits is hard!! It's great though, that you find breakfast such an important meal, because it's the MOST important!! Good Luck!

Thank you so much for clearing my brain... I think worries took my ability to think. I do have waffles, and bagels! Can I eat b___ter with them? Cereals are hard for me- i hate milk-like subst_tutes and can't drink milk... I was getting my 3 servings of dairy through cheese and yougurt. Can I be taking lactose pill if I am pg? How about Midol/tylenol stuff? I have snozels but afraid to take any drugs... thanks so much for your help!

Sure you can eat b___ter! Just watch how much saturated fat you take in, I read that it can make you have even worse morning sickness the more saturated fat you take in!! I'm unsure about lactose pills, and I'm still trying to figure out what type of pain relief and snozel medicine would be ok. Try Babycenter.com I think I remember seeing something about lactose on there!! I'll try to find some info. on Tylenol, I was wondering the same thing!!! I'm only six weeks into my first pregnancy, so this is all new to me as well! I'm just obsessed with nutrition and exercise since I'm a trainer so I love to read about it!!!

Leahp, I am between 4 and 8 weeks (based on the dates that we could do anything to make baby), I am constantly sick and try to throw up at least once a day- I hate when I have stomach problems! I cold the lady at work (6 months pg) she said your dr advised her to take sudafed only... before I started thinking I am pg, I thought I have stomach problems so I was taking pepcid, and midol... I hope it didn't do anything bad... I was never good managing my diet, but I still stay 112lbs somehow, if you have any recommendations, I would love to hear them. Now I eat beef and pork (1 slice a day), green beens, pasta, potatoes (boiled), a lot of veggies, a kiwi and a mango a day, also a banana. Cheese, yougurt, and 1 serving of sweet a day. Does it sound like a good basic plan? Thanks a lot!

Does anybody have a similar problem: after I eat (what would be a regular size meal for me) I feel like I am going to throw up, so I have to lay down and rest for 3-5 minutes? Does anybody know what couses that? Thanks to all
