For those of you who are looking for some information about timing and how you know if you are ovulating. An egg is usually released in the final stages of Ovulation and only lives for 12-24 hours. For timing of ovulation, count back 14 days from the first day of your expected period (not including the first day) this will the day that the egg might be released, ovulation begins 3 to 4 days prior to this (every women is different) at the beginning of ovulation you will notice a clear creamy egg white like discharge which will then become thicker (like cottage cheese) over the next few days. It is this cervical mucas that will carry the sperm to the egg once it is released. from the 17-18 days before your next period begin having intercourse every second day for the next 8 to 10 days, like I said in an early post guys LOVE this part of the baby making process!! I hope that this information is helpful and baby dust to all!!!

is it normal to bleed the day after your last day of ovulation?

chriss - February 23

Sarah, it isn't really normal, but it could just be from having s_x. I'm guessing that if you know when you were ovulating that means that you are trying to get pregnant, which means that you are having more s_x..... sometimes a women can spot afterwards. Hope this helps.
