High Cervical Position

Can a high cervical position just before menstruation, where you can barely reach it, indicate pregnancy, or is that just wishful thinking?

Observing your cervical position after ovulation will not provide any clues about whether or not you could be pregnant. Whether or not you are pregnant, the cervix usually returns to a non-fertile position in the two weeks following ovulation. I got this from this website-- http://www.fertilityfriend.com/Faqs-/Cervix_position_and_pregnancy.htm

Yeah, I saw that and similar on other websites, but they all seem to indicate that the cervix should rise when pregnant but might not until later. They say nothing about the cervix being high just before menstruation. Mine was actually low after ovulation and now, just when I should be starting my period, it's very high.
