I think it depends on the women. Some women don't feel ill till 6 to 8 weeks. My cousin had M/S her entire pregnancy. We think she was sick from the moment of conception. Then other women never get sick. It's the luck of the draw.

My friend is 14 weeks pg, and she said her morning sickness started as early as about 8-10 days post ovulation and continued until recently, but for her it was more like nauseated/sick all the time. I am a little over 6 weeks and my nausea did not start until about a week ago, and it is still not that bad. I get nauseated when i smell certain things, or wait to long to eat. So i guess everyone is different but that some people can experience it earlier than others.

I started feeling slight nausea well before my af was due and then by 18 days after O, it was getting much worse. Starting at around 6 weeks I threw up every day until I delivered.
