How Long Till Your Off The Pill

I had been on the pill since I was 17, and am now 33. I just got married in November, and while on my honeymoon, we decided that I stop taking the pill, and when it happens it happens. So I was wondering how long it might take to get pregnant, now that I've stopped...cause I'm also not getting any younger, and I know the closer to 35 you get the harder it may be to conceive.

i've heard it takes 4-6 months for the pill to be out of your system, but technically, you can get preggo as soon as you ovulate after getting off of the pill... so within a month in some cases. but remember it can take up to a year (or more!) for a regular, healthy woman to conceive - don't worry if it's been a few months and you haven't conceived... good luck to you!

Been off the pill (after 15 years) since June 2004 -- Still not preggo. Everyone is different though.. I'm 30 and thinking it won't happen until it's meant to happen!

I went off the pill and conceived the first month after. I'm sure everyone is different. All pills are different too though. Good luck.
