How soon will I have signs of being pregnant? How long do I need to wait to do a home test?

Signs sometimes don't show up until a month or two after you conceive. I would wait a week after you miss your period to take a test because you could get a flase negative if you take a test too soon (not enough hcg) Good luck and let me know what happens!!
