Its annoying when you try every month and with no positive results. My AF used to come every 28 days, when I turned 30 it changed a little. I was 4 days late for 2 months in a row & then I went back to a 28 day schedule. now I'm late again, today is the 5th day. I'm wondering how can you tell when you're ovulating if you're irregular. I get the ovulation pains and the cm but thats all...Its so frustrating.....I feel like I'm never going to have another child. Its been 6 years..Please help!!1

a friend - once you start seeing the cm and start having the ovulation pains, start having s_x every second day for the next 6-8 days. The cm begins a few days before the egg is released, you may have noticed that it goes from a clear egg white like fluid to a thicker (sorry for the gross comparison) snot-like fluid. You may also want to consider ovulation predictor kits. I've never used these so don't really know how successful they are and where I am from they are kind of expensive. You should also learn how to check your cervix and again, I don't really know alot about this topic, but I believe that when it is low and soft it means that it is the right time. Please someone correct me if I am wrong!!!

Thanks for your advice. This past month I had s_x 2 days before my expected ovulation date and then again during ovulation. I'm 4 days late but now I'm starting to get cramps like I'm going to get my AF. I'm really upset because I've been trying since August. I don't really know when I'm ovulating anymore because my AF comes late. I try to convince myself that when the time is right, I'll get pregnant but it can be so discouraging. Thanks for your help.
