How Would Snoring Affect My Temps

OK...weird question here... How would snoring affect my temps?? I never thought I was a snorer, but the other morning, I was temping, and I fell asleep with the thermometer in my mouth (lol!), but I was still awake enough to know I was snoring. STRANGE, indeed! Also... I woke up with a sore throat this morning, so I put that in my chart....but now it's gone. Maybe from the snoring?? Just wondering if anyone has any input on this?

Snoring wouldn't effect your temps at all, I snore all the time and it didnt effect my temping. Also sometimes if I snored with my mouth open it would dry out my throat and I would have a sore throat until I drank alot of water. Only way I found out I snored was DH and my son lol.

Yeah, snoring shouldn't affect your temps, though I hope you took that temp over again after you fell asleep with the thermometer in your mouth. THAT temp would definitely be affected. I've done that so many times...

Thanks Down/not out and Lin! I'm not exactly sure if I fall asleep or just 'drift off' with the thermometer in my mouth, and wake up when I hear it beeping. Good thing for the beeping!!! Thanks again!
