Hi everyone...I have received some really bad news; first let me tell you what happened...as you all know I have been having problems with my AF's lately...well, I did start the 16th and everything was fine, then Wednesday it got worse, the pain was so intense I could barley walk...then yesterday at work I was loosing ALOT of blood...I was going through 3-4 pads an hour not to mention the pain and the clots (sorry if TMI). This is not the first time I've had problems. Well, I went to the ER last night because I couldn't take the pain anymore and they ran some tests and stuff and it has been determined that first I am SEVERLY anemic to the point of Anemic shock and I will most likely need a hysterectomy. I can't believe this is happening to me and I am VERY upset and saddened BUT the more I sit here and think.....I have 2 beautiful children...Christopher James (7) and Savannah Lynn (4); I am sooooooooooooooo thankful and lucky for what I have and yes, I want another baby but I know in my heart that my health is more important and I need to be healthy so I can take care of and be around for the 2 children I DO have. I see my Ob today and we will probably set up the surgery soon. I'll keep you all updated...thanks for reading if you got this far. ~Candy~ aka Tink

Hey tink I'm so sorry. I know how you feel about the anemia because I to have it and when I found out it was not very comforting to here. It is so sad to see someone that wants to be blessed with another child not get the oppurtunity. You still have your two beautiful children that you were blessed with. I wish you and your family the best of luck and I will have you in my prayers.

First of all, I am really sorry for you. That is not easy news to share. If I could give you a hug I would. But you are right, your health and well being very prevails in this situation in determining what is best. The doctors can help you to live a normal and healthy life for your two beautiful children and DH. Thank God you sought medical attention when you did. God Bless you and good luck with your surgery.

I too am sorry for you. I will be praying for you. You are right, your health is the main thing right now. You want to be able to taek care of the two precious ones you have. I went through a m/c last year and having already having one child, I knew I was blessed enough to have the one. She helped me through it. She gave me a reason to get up and continue on. I pray you find the strength you need.

I wish you the best, but please be sure that is the only option left to you. You'd hate it later if you saw another doc and they said they knew something new. Of course don't bleed to death but if you have the time please do some research and get another option. Best wishes to you!!!!
